"When you travel you eat a lot of garbage and the worst bread on the planet. I realized that and felt really bad about the stuff I eat and was scared to become fat and unhealthy (laughs) and so I literally stopped eating bread. After a while, I started to research about sourdough and baking. I started to bake by myself, but it took a while until it tasted fairly acceptable. Looking for a way to improve my skills, I found these amazing swedish bakers in Höje, Sweden, Lars Gustafsson and Manfred Enockson.
I was very curious about the whole baking process, so I took an internship at their bakery. He basically taught me everything I needed to know. Then I returned with my new learned skills and started baking. I had all this bread at home and didn’t know what to do with it. That was when I began to distribute the bread to my friends in exchange of other goods. Everyone has something that someone else could us. It can be a product or knowledge."
"The superficiality becomes annoying after a while [in the fashion industry]. I don’t have problems communicating in this industry, but I dislike when people forget themselves over fashion. And people are always very judging. But looking back, I think I found my people that are authentic and stay true to themselves."
Gorgeous house, and healthy, positive attitude...hello inspiration!
More stylish houses to come...

I dream of a wide open, well light space full of a mixture of modern elements and vintage pieces. Organized and artful.
Ahhh someday. Just have to be happy to lust after others spaces for now...
gosh, what a wonderful well-lit house! that quote is too true: "The superficiality becomes annoying after a while [in the fashion industry]. I don’t have problems communicating in this industry, but I dislike when people forget themselves over fashion. And people are always very judging. But looking back, I think I found my people that are authentic and stay true to themselves."
another stunning post, romany! ♥
Lovely, fresh decor and what a wonderful personality... although I have to say... knives on magnetic strips like that kinda... creep me out!!!!!
She's right about bread.... evil evil thing... white flour is evil... spelt is the only wheat our bodies can truly digest, sourdough is human friendly and anything quinoa is great.
...ahhh but see.... you have a knack of finding beautiful images and creating rich stories...
Oh, this all looks SO gorgeous! What fabulous inspiration, dear!

Beautiful pictures, love looking at pictures of stylish houses, but it makes me slightly jealous of the people that live in those beautiful houses! xx
her place is beautiful!!! and gorgeous photos. i just have to much stuff to have my apartment looking like something thats worthy to takre photos of! and no matter what, none of my stuff matches in that quirky mismatched awesome way either.
How gorgeous. Yes, its the simple things that really make the house work. Of course, I've got tons of crap in my room.
She has such a gorgeous apartment! Thanks for sharing this with us! I love her positive attitude, especially in the industry. Thanks again for dropping by my blog!
