I don't usually agree with plastic surgery, except if a) it's necessary for medical reasons or b) people are completely open, honest and unashamed of it. In the second instance, I just think, fair dos, if you've got a proper justification, that's your choice and I respect that-if it's not just for vanity.
I admire her frankness. And she looks great now, as she did back then.
