Wow. Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.
..and yes... reality is indeed diversity.

I really don't mean to be such an extremist but... for me, in my personal opinion, a beautiful woman is a woman with hourglass curves, regardless of size.
I can understand the objective appeal of a curveless female and there should be no set standard of beauty but we all have our preferences.

I love how this shoot has such a diverse range of sizes. I love this mood, the lighting, these women are all so beautiful but... they are also all rather beautiful anyway! They may not be models but they're not 'average'.

The one thing they all have in common and what makes them so beautiful, is that they all seem so comfortable with their bodies.

[cripes. I swear Romany. I am able to write short succinct comments. Truly! Next post okay? :) ]

The last photo is beautiful. Great editorial concept! I think the photographer did a great job with capturing these real women.

I love this. So unique. And I do think non-models are definitely not cookie-cutter. I was hearing somewhere on the news recently how some of the fashion magazines are picking up on the non-model phases because of so many fashion bloggers doing their own thing...thus finding out what our "real" trends are other than what's on the runway.

Thanks so much for the comment too.

I really like these photos. I like how normal these women are. They are normal, beautiful sized women. No undernourished models.
